Shipping Policy
You can shop online and select in store pick up for your convenience. There is no shipping charge to ship directly to the store for pick up. Please make sure you are local and able to pick up the order from our location in Belmar, NJ. At shipping, select the store address as the ship to so as to avoid a shipping charge. Orders placed for in store pick up which require shipping will not be canceled and will be invoiced for a shipping fee. Should any such order be canceled for lack of shipping payment, a store credit will be issued for the amount of the order.
We ship using USPS or UPS for domestic orders. We offer live rates for those services that can be selected at checkout. Due to rising shipping costs, books are now shipped via media mail and can take an extra few days for delivery. If you need a book to arrive quicker, we suggest using Priority mail to ensure timely delivery. Packages shipped via USPS or UPS are insured in the event of loss or non-delivery. Make sure to double check your ship to address. In the event a package is returned for incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping your items if we determine package can be reshipped. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
In the event that a package is lost or is not delivered within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact us so that we can file a claim on your behalf.
There may be delays in package movement through the system. bina shoe is not responsible for any delays by the USPS or UPS after such time that we have tendered the items to them for shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of late delivery for non guaranteed services.
UPS Next Day or Next Day Air Saver is the only service that is guaranteed for delivery next day. If your package does not arrive on time with one of these services contact us to see if your order qualifies for a shipping credit. Please note: USPS Priority Express provides a 2 day delivery window but is no longer a guaranteed service.
International Shipments are now being shipped via DHL and may incur a duty, brokerage and/or customs fees upon delivery. Those import costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over the import fees and duties imposed by other countries. Any package returned to sender will be refunded for purchase amount (less cost of shipping) and a 20% restocking fee will apply. The balance will be issued as a store credit only. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, buyer is responsible for shipping fees to reship the order.
Please allow 1-2 days for fulfillment of in stock orders. Monogrammed and custom items will have additional lead time of 3-7 business days.
